PVHP Automated Sterilization System (All-in-one)
GME Bio’s automated sterilization system is an All-in-one system featuring the Auto Lift Fan (Diffusion) & Nozzle (Spraying).
By keeping the Generator and Fan external, the system minimizes the risk of contamination from external sources. This reduces the risk of cross-contamination compared to traditional facilities, allowing for efficient sterilization and aseptic management in large spaces with minimal personnel.

Chemical Resistance Film
The panel painting of a typical GMP facility (excluding fluorine painting 3COAT and 4COAT) is invisible to the human eye, but consists of numerous voids that exceed 30% when the coating is applied. These voids cause chemical reactions caused by catalysts or enzymes when chemicals are used. In particular, hydrogen peroxide, which is highly acidic and corrosive, penetrates the paint surface of the panel regardless of the method (PVHP, mist, plasma, vibrator mist) and concentration (6-35%), and there is a risk of lifting the paint.
